All notifications legal or otherwise should be directed to our Texas address. MedicareSaver.com is not affiliated with medicare.gov or Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

If you have health coverage through your employer, union, veterans administration, Tri-Care or any other entity you should talk to your plan administrator before making any plan choice. You agree to hold MedicareSaver harmless for any and all damages including physical, mental or financial, associated with your plan choice if you have any other prescription drug coverage.

User agrees that any enrollment decision could cause disruption of current prescription drug coverage.
User agrees that any and all premiums to existing health care coverage will still have to be paid, unless specifically notified by the existing plain.

Medicaresaver.com is not able to calculate any Medicare plan choices, prices, co-pays, gap coverage or true out of pocket costs, if you are eligible for any other forms of assistance either from public or private sources. Medicare plan choices involving the other forms of assistance should be made under the advisement of a licensed insurance professional.

Each individual application is sent to an agent for processing. Client agrees to resolve any issues, questions, delays, penalties, or any other action legal or otherwise with assigned agent.

No warranty or guarantee of Medicare plan pricing is expressed or implied.

User agrees to hold Medicaresaver.com harmless for any and all functions relating to drug price, co-pay, deductible, plan premium, overall Medicare Part D choice or any injury, damage or financial loss related to information gained from this website. User agrees to forgo any legal action or seek ANY damages for any function of the Medicaresaver.com website.

User agrees to have any and all therapy changes reviewed by a U.S. licensed provider and approved via legal prescription order in client’s state of residence. Medicaresaver.com is not meant to replace the advice of a licensed health care professional.

The failure of Medicaresaver.com, Inc to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Medicaresaver.com Website. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You agree that: (i) the Medicaresaver.com website shall be deemed solely based in Texas; and (ii) the Medicaresaver.com website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Medicaresaver.com, Inc either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Texas. These Terms of Service shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Texas, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Medicaresaver.com, Inc. that arises in whole or in part from the Medicaresaver.com website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dallas County, Texas.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Medicare.com on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Medicaresaver.com Inc concerning the Medicaresaver.com website. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect. You and Medicaresaver.com, Inc. Agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Medicaresaver.com website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.
